Papadimitriou Eftychia - Architect Engineer - Karpenisi
The building permit is a necessary procedure in construction works such as:
• the construction of a new building
• the addition of spaces to an existing building
• the change of use of premises *
• the addition of an underground tank
• the construction of a swimming pool
• the creation of fencing of a plot - plot of land
• the demolition
That is required for the issuance of a building permit in accordance with the law. It concerns the collection and compilation of required supporting documents. The electronic application for each stage of the Building Approval and Building Permit.
Required studies include:
• Static study by a specialized Civil Engineer.
• Topographic diagram included in EGSA 87'
• Study of Electromechanical installations
• Plumbing installation study
• Building energy efficiency study
• Elaboration planning timelines
• Waste management plan
• Technical Explanatory report
• Budget Project
• And what else is required by the legislation according to the form of the permit
In turn, the application study becomes a separate specialized file for each workshop working on the construction of the building, so that errors and failures during construction can be predicted. Where necessary, the plans also reach a scale of 1:20.
And finally the main role of the Architect ends when his original idea takes shape. This is only possible by close and direct monitoring of the project at each stage of implementation. So that mistakes can be predicted and he is sure of the result and the owner's expectations. He should be present in the construction so that the crews can solve the questions with him and not often make important decisions on their own. This is only achieved by serious and continuous supervision of the project at every stage of implementation.
